What we collect

The site's two forms (contact and meeting booking) collect: full name, e-mail address, phone (optional), company (optional), your message and, where relevant, the meeting slot you picked.

Nothing else is collected while you browse: no analytics, no trackers.

Why

To answer your requests and honour booked meetings. Nothing else: no profiling, no resale of data, no automated prospecting.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (article 6.1.f).

Retention

Requests and the associated contact details are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Processors

Three providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (e-mail delivery). Each only accesses data to provide its service.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to hello@mostagency.eu.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: UODO in Poland (uodo.gov.pl) or CNIL in France (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie set is the internal panel's session cookie, reserved for the team — it is exempt from consent, which is why no cookie banner is shown.
